Automating Supplier Invoices data entry in MYOB

If you’re using MYOB software you can reduce the data entry and paper trail for supplier invoices by using MYOB InTray.  Think of InTray as an electronic version of your desk in-tray but without the paper.  You can upload invoices to your InTray, or forward email invoices to your InTray; but to really save time you can have invoices sent directly to the InTray from Bunnings, Reece & other MYOB users.

Once the documents are in your InTray you can either link the document to a transaction you’ve already entered or you can create a bill and MYOB will prefill the information using data from the invoice saving you from entering the data.

This is a great feature to use to save time, increase the accuracy of the data entered, ensure you have proof of purchase documents for your transactions and saves on paper clutter and emails from suppliers.
